made George III English salver made by Thomas Hannam and Richard Mills in
1764. The salver has a circular form
with classic shell and scroll cast rim with wide petal scallop shell above twin
vines. The period engraved family arms
is a raised hand clenching a broken spear, atop a shield.
salver is 12 inches in diameter and weighs 27.75 troy ounces. It is in excellent condition but showing some
scuffs appropriate with the age of the piece and stands flat on a table.
